About Formstark Lund
Established in July 2022, Formstark Lund HB is currently owned by Michail (trainer) and Anthi Triantafyllidi (business developer).
We have a deep love for physical activity and firmly believe in its profound positive effects on both physical and mental well-being. We advocate that individuals of all ages and fitness levels should invest a few hours each week in training to achieve harmony and balance.
Our Philosophy
We’ve observed a trend in the fitness and health industry towards exercise routines that are neither sustainable nor enjoyable. Many people start, only to lose motivation or cease progress. We’re committed to instigating change from the inside out. Our training aims to empower individuals to witness their daily growth, fostering increased energy, improved functionality, and a greater zest for life. We pride ourselves on establishing strong connections with our customers, all while upholding the highest levels of professionalism and dedication. Our mission is to provide customers with top-notch, diverse, and personalized training experiences. We gladly embrace the challenge of crafting and delivering training sessions at the optimal level, with the right content, and in the right setting to maximize participant benefit. Michail brings a wealth of experience as a trainer with the Actic gym chain, specializing in functional training. Both Anthi and Michail also bring extensive expertise from their previous roles at renowned companies (IKEA, Ericsson, Axis) and institutions.
Our Values
Focus
Our training emphasizes balance and coordination to boost focus and mental sharpness. This helps participants handle disruptions and perform strongly throughout sessions. Improved focus enables better task management, multitasking, problem-solving, and decision-making in life.
Strength
Our training sessions cover strength exercises targeting all major muscle groups, ensuring balanced strength across the entire body. We emphasize endurance and muscle development, leading to improved bone density, stabilized weight, reduced stress, and an enhanced quality of life!
Cardio
Cardiovascular training, including interval training, is an integral component of our workouts. Despite current trends, both medicine and sports science recommend its inclusion. Aerobic exercise benefits the heart and lungs, lowers blood pressure, stabilizes blood sugar, alleviates asthma symptoms and chronic pain, enhances sleep quality, supports weight management, fortifies the immune system, reduces the risk of fall-related injuries, and importantly, is a safe practice!
Functional Training
In our group training sessions, we aim to enhance participants’ everyday functionality and overall quality of life. Through a blend of mobility, strength, conditioning, and focus, our sessions will empower you to handle routine tasks like lifting laundry, moving furniture, carrying a child, and catching the bus with greater ease. Ultimately, functional training is an exceptional method for cultivating a robust, injury-resistant physique, allowing you to be the best version of yourself.
Training Community
Group training goes beyond individual development; it fosters a cohesive training community where participants enjoy the camaraderie of a sports team. Training alongside others under professional guidance offers a more enjoyable and effective fitness experience.
